Holland & Knight welcomes four new associates in Jacksonville

Holland & Knight is pleased to announce that Michael Gropper, Jennifer Kifer, Drew O’Malley, and Ray Treadwell have joined the firm as associates in the Jacksonville office.

Michael Gropper is a member of the firm’s Litigation Section and focuses his practice on management-side labor and employment matters. Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Gropper worked at the State Attorneys’ Office for the Fourth Judicial Circuit of Florida. He received his B.S. degree from the University of North Florida and his J.D. degree from American University, Washington College of Law.

Jennifer Kifer is a member of the firm’s Litigation Section and practices in the areas of commercial litigation, maritime law, media law, and trusts and estates litigation. Ms. Kifer practiced with the firm from 2010-2011 and most recently served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Timothy J. Corrigan at the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. She received her B.A. degree from Flagler College and her J.D. degree from Florida Coastal School of Law.

Drew O’Malley is a member of the firm’s Litigation Section and practices in the areas of commercial litigation and real estate. He received his B.S. degree from the University of Florida and his J.D. degree from the University of Florida Levin College of Law.

Ray Treadwell is a member of the firm’s Litigation Section, focusing in the area of general commercial litigation. Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Treadwell served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Marcia Morales Howard, U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida. He received his B.S. degree from the University of Florida and his J.D. degree from Yale Law School.
