Stellar Promotes Three Executives to Vice President

Stellar, a fully integrated firm focused on design, engineering, construction and mechanical services worldwide, has promoted three of its executives to Vice President roles.

Tom Boll has been promoted to Vice President of Project Development. A 21-year Stellar veteran, Boll joined Stellar directly out of college, rising through the ranks from Field Engineer, to Superintendent, Project Manager, and Project Developer. Boll oversees development of new projects for food and beverage manufacturers, which include turnkey process design, facility design, construction and equipment services. Boll earned a Bachelor of Technologies from the University of North Florida.

Allison Korman Shelton has been promoted to Vice President of Marketing. With Stellar since 2005, Shelton is an active community leader, previously serving as President of Community Connections and the Cultural Council of Greater Jacksonville, and currently serving on the boards of several other social service, cultural and capacity-building organizations. Upon graduating from Florida State University with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Shelton built an impressive political resume through her service in Tallahassee and Washington, D.C. She returned to her native Jacksonville armed with significant expertise. In addition to heading all of Stellar’s corporate marketing, public affairs, communications and community relations initiatives, in 2006 Shelton led the company’s efforts to direct its philanthropic activities, resulting in the creation of the Stellar Foundation.

Kurt Warzynski has been promoted to Vice President of Process Engineering. As head of Stellar’s growing Process Engineering team, Warzynski oversees the design, procurement, supply, installation and commissioning of food processing lines, incorporating the latest equipment, automation and services. Warzynski is a highly regarded process engineering expert, with experience designing manufacturing processes for many of the world’s leading food and beverage companies.
