Linda Haymond-Bock promoted to Branch Manager for Idea Staffing Jacksonville

Idea Staffing, Jacksonville announces the promotion of Linda Haymond-Bock to Branch Manager. 

Idea Staffing is excited to announce the promotion of Linda Haymond-Bock to Branch Manager. Linda brings to this role more than 20 years of experience and consistent success in determining organizational
objectives and implementing the steps necessary to attain them.

Linda’s experience in recruiting, training, retention, marketing, and business development strategies have served a variety of organizations both large and small. She has worked  in industries that include
construction, medical, retail, banking, logistics, not for profit, grocery, retail, media, automotive, insurance, sales, information technology, graphic design, and fast food chains.

“Linda has  been a member of the Idea Staffing team since 2006 when she was assigned as an Administrative Manager with a client of ours,” said Pam Gibson, President of Idea Staffing. “Linda successfully recruited, trained, and managed a team of administrative professionals for jobsites throughout  North Florida and South Georgia. ”Linda came in-house to support the Idea Staffing Team in the role of Recruiting Coordinator in 2011.  During the past year she worked with clients to ensure their recruiting needs were understood and  fulfilled.  As Branch Manager, Linda will continue to cultivate client relationships and guide the Idea Staffing Team to achieve client and organizational objectives.

Linda operates on the philosophy that success is derived from helping others to succeed. She achieves
success for her clients by using an introspective approach to identify the needs of an organization and recruit the right talent necessary to attain growth and sustainability.

Linda has been an active member of the community since her transfer to Jacksonville in 1994. She is a member, board member, and  past President of the Kiwanis Club of Jacksonville, and the Coupons for Kids Coordinator for Safe Harbor Academy. Her passions include her family, helping local military troops, veterans, and their families,  breast cancer awareness, and rescuing Schnauzers.

Linda is a United States Marine Corps Veteran and a graduate of Palomar College with a degree in Speech Communications.
