Massey Services acquires Greenfrog Services

Harvey L. Massey, chairman and CEO of Fla.-based Massey Services, Inc., is pleased to announce the acquisition of GreenFrog Services, a pest management company headquartered in Jacksonville Beach, Fla.

GreenFrog specializes in residential and commercial pest prevention and termite services, and serves the Jacksonville Beach and Ponte Vedra areas.

The joining of the two companies enhances the existing pest prevention services that Massey Services has already established in the Jacksonville market.  Massey Services will now have six Service Centers to better serve their customers in the Jacksonville area.
