Legacy Trust Family Wealth Offices announces new hires

Continuing its positive 2011 trend in client acquisition and exceptional   investment performance, Legacy Trust Family Wealth Offices announced it is once again adding personnel. At a company-wide meeting this morning, Chairman and CEO Kristin McLauchlan introduced to staff and shareholders Benjamin T. Hopf as trust associate and Nikki Cassala as office manager.

As trust associate, Ben Hopf coordinates all trust activities for Legacy Trust’s clients, overseeing compliance, administration, planning and maintenance. With his BBA in Trust and Wealth Management, Hopf handles all trust administrative duties with clients including estate and financial planning. “As a Family Wealth Office, it is our responsibility to insure that a family’s legacy – whether it’s financial or philanthropic – is properly passed down from one generation to the next,” said McLauchlan. She continued, “Ben’s role is to help properly facilitate the transfer of assets in a responsible and mature way, making sure the provisions our clients set are followed by that next generation of family.”

As office manager, Nikki Cassala is responsible for day to day interaction with Legacy Trust’s clients, vendors and business partners. She manages all administrative vendor functions. A Jacksonville native, Cassala recently graduated from Florida State University.
