Fleet Landing celebrates 20 years

Fleet Landing recently celebrated its 20th year of providing an array of senior living services. Thegated residential community was designed to support aging in place, and its beautiful 100-acre campus offers independent living, assisted living, memory support and skilled nursing care.

“We are extremely honored to reach this milestone, and it is a privilege to serve the special people who call Fleet Landing home, our residents,” said Chief Executive Officer Joshua Ashby. “For more than 20 years, our community has enriched the lives of our residents by offering an exceptional lifestyle sustained by a quality-driven continuum of care and services. We look forward to continuing to fulfill our mission for many years to come.”

Founded in 1990 by retired Naval officers, Fleet Landing continues to welcome members of the military to its community.

“We are very proud of our military roots and heritage,” said Jay Montanus, manager of sales and marketing for Fleet Landing. “However, since 2003 our community has been open to any qualified prospect with an interest in long term care and services.”

The community’s signature active and independent lifestyle includes maintenance-free living and resort-quality amenities. Designed for adults ages 62 and older, independent living residents can choose from a wide selection of patio homes, single-family homes and apartment homes that are continually updated and improved.

Fleet Landing residents also enjoy the peace of mind and assurance that convenient, quality healthcare and supportive services, including short-term rehab, assisted living, memory support and skilled nursing care, are on campus and available if and when they may be needed.

Residents enjoy numerous services and amenities, including world-class fine and casual dining and endless opportunities for fitness, socializing and other personal interests. Fleet Landing’s unique WELLInspired program is an innovative wellness program that focuses on personal well-being of the body, mind and spirit and supports a variety of social, cultural, educational and fitness opportunities.
