Fisher Koppenhafer designs VyStar branch at Wolfson High

Student banking is coming to Wolfson High School as VyStar Credit Union has teamed up to open a branch that will offer services as well as real-life learning opportunities to students, according to the project’s architect, Fisher Koppenhafer Architecture and Interior Design. Construction is scheduled to begin this summer with completion anticipated in late summer.

“A VyStar Credit Union branch on the school’s campus will provide outstanding real-world educational experiences as well as be a great convenience to students and teachers alike,” said Mike Koppenhafer, AIA and president of Fisher Koppenhafer Architecture and Interior Design. “The new location’s design replicates other VyStar branch locations with the same look and corporate image.”

The media center at Wolfson High School will be redesigned to accommodate the working credit union branch, which will be operated by students. VyStar is partnering with Wolfson High School and will offer the VyStar Academy of Business and Finance, an academic and internship program for high school students exploring career opportunities within the financial services and business management industries.
