Burdette Ketchum wins Image Award

Burdette Ketchum was recognized for excellence in public relations by the Jacksonville chapter of the Florida Public Relations Association (FPRA) at its annual Image Award recognition. The integrated marketing firm received an Award of Distinction for its work on client RailAmerica’s “Railway to Wellness” internal newsletter.

Burdette Ketchum developed a three-part newsletter series that served the dual purpose of communicating changes in employee healthcare options and encouraging healthy lifestyle decisions. The newsletter initiative successfully aided RailAmerica in achieving internal communications objectives.

The Image Awards competition is conducted annually by FPRA to recognize outstanding public relations programs in Florida and to encourage and promote the development of public relations professionalism in the state. As a statewide association, FPRA has nearly 1,500 professional and student members, and is the oldest public relations organization in the United States.
