Paul Davis Restoration sponsors JAX50 Spring Duel Challenge

Paul Davis Restoration is sponsoring the JAX 50Spring Duel Challenge for the second year in a row as sponsors to help bring a dozen of the world’s best swimmers to The Bolles School in Jacksonville and to provide swimming lessons for underprivileged children in northeast Florid, according to owners Marguerite and Mike Mumford.

The JAX 50 Spring Duel Challenge will feature the Planet Swim Foundation and its efforts to raise funds through a variety of event activities. Individuals and sponsors can attend a dinner with the swimming stars, attend a swim meet for all ages where anyone can watch some of the fastest swimmers in the world, and participate in a swim clinic where participants will work with the world class swimmers in the pool.

Planet Swim Foundation is a local non-profit that helps to potentially save lives in the Jacksonville metro area by teaching swimming to local underprivileged children who wouldn’t otherwise receive instruction in life saving skills. The organization’s goal this year is to raise enough funds to sponsor a year-round swim lesson program for 600 children.

The JAX 50 Spring Duel Challenge will be held at The Bolles School, 7400 San Jose Blvd. on Friday, April 15 through Sunday, April 17. The Bolles Sharks Swim club will host the activities which include a qualifying meet and main swim competitions along with an Olympic Experience Clinic swim class for children. A wide range of sponsorship packages and individual tickets are available. For more information, registration and costs, contact Gustavo Calado at 904-370-9819 or email gmc@planetswimfoundation.org.
