(CIPS) designation.  Da Silva joins a worldwide referral network of global real estate practitioners with expertise working with international clients as well as the growing multicultural population in the United States.

The CIPS designation is awarded by the National Association of Realtors (NAR), the world’s largest trade association representing more than 1 million realtors, and recognizes members who have achieved the necessary training and experience to work successfully with international clients and properties.  To earn the CIPS designation, realtors must complete rigorous coursework devoted to learning cultural differences and international business practices.

Designees must also prove achievement in international real estate transactions.  Da Silva joins a distinguished society of more than 2,000 real estate professionals throughout the world who have earned the CIPS designation.

“This is a highly esteemed award in our industry,” said Prudential Network Realty Founder, President and CEO Linda H. Sherrer.  “Members of the CIPS Network are key players in today’s global real estate market.  Debbie’s accomplishments and expertise make her an invaluable resource to customers and to Prudential Network Realty.”
