Sponsorship opportunities available for fundraiser

Sponsorship opportunities are available to help support a fundraising event for St. Gerard Campus in St. Augustine, which works with pregnant teens and mothers in crisis. The fundraiser is a performance of Miracle in Rwanda, on March 11, at the Times-Union Center for the Performing Arts.

According to Marguerite Mumford, event sponsor and president of Paul Davis Restoration of Northeast Florida, the performance will begin with a presentation and Q&A session with Rwandan genocide survivor and author Immaculée Ilibagiza, who wrote the New York Times bestseller Left to Tell. The play is based on Ilibagiza’s book and her life experiences.

Sponsorship packages range from $1,000 to $20,000. Sponsorships will entitle donors to event tickets and a pre-event cocktail party to visit with Ilibagiza and the show’s actress Leslie Lewis Sword. Sponsors also receive recognition in the event program.
