Flagler signs Black Diamond for 5-year lease

Flagler (www.flaglerdev.com) announced that Black Diamond Performance Reporting (www.blackdiamondreporting.com) has signed a five-year lease for a new headquarters space located at Deerwood South business park.

This marks Flagler’s third major lease signed at Deerwood South in 2010. The other two leases include Adecco Group North America and Fortegra Financial, both of which located from downtown Jacksonville to the Southside area.

The 20,540-square-foot office space will allow Black Diamond, a Jacksonville-based provider of Web-based, outsourced portfolio management and reporting platforms, to expand its current headquarters and continue to grow. The company currently has offices in Jacksonville, New York, San Francisco, Philadelphia, Denver, and Dallas.

The lease will relocate Black Diamond from its current location on Sutton Park Drive South off Hodges Boulevard to 10151 Deerwood Park Blvd., Building 400, in Flagler’s Deerwood South business park.

“The deciding factor in Black Diamond choosing Deerwood South was the ability of the space to serve its current needs, while allowing room for future expansion,” said Flagler Executive Vice President of Development Keith Tickell. “Black Diamond joins a growing list of corporate businesses relocating to the Southside area as it provides an accessible, convenient location to the city’s major business centers and roadways, as well as area amenities. We welcome Black Diamond to our expanding tenant roster of industry leaders choosing our park to advance their business.”
