Sponsorship opportunities available for fundraiser

  Eleven sponsorships are available for a fundraiser to help the St. Gerard Campus in St. Augustine, Fla. and unwed mothers in northeast Florida. The event will be on March 11, 2011, at 7:30 pm with a theater production of “Miracle in Rwanda – A Story of Courage, Faith and Forgiveness.” The event will be at the Times-Union Center for the Performing Arts, Terry Theater.

According to Marguerite Mumford, owner of Paul Davis Restoration and production sponsor, a variety of sponsorships are available including a Title Sponsorship for $20,000 which includes 20 seats at the one-woman show and pre-event cocktail party admission, along with a full-page advertisement in the program. Rwandan genocide survivor and author Immaculée Ilibagiza and Leslie Lewis Sword, the actress who created the show and who performs in the production, are scheduled to be at the cocktail party.

Limited sponsorship opportunities all include admission to the Friday evening sponsor’s cocktail party and advertising opportunities in the event program along with signage and media recognition. Specifically, the Gold Sponsorship is $10,000 and includes 10 seats at the event. A Silver Sponsorship includes a $5,000 donation for six seats. The Bronze Sponsorship is $2,500 for four seats, and the Patron Sponsorship is $1,000 for two seats at the event. Current sponsors include the Cascone Foundation and Mr. Chuck Moorer. The Paul Davis office in Jacksonville will donate $5,000 to underwrite the show production and to support St. Gerard Campus.
