Webcasts to focus on market opportunities, technology

Small business owners are invited to participate in two separate webcasts provided by Ernst & Young LLP, on Nov. 10 and Nov. 11. The Nov. 10 webcast will focus on market opportunities in China for both multinationals and entrepreneurs. The webcast will be Wednesday, Nov. 10, at 1:30 p.m. EST.

Panelists will include Andy Bird, chair of Walt Disney International; Jeffrey Joerres, chair  and CEO of Manpower; Robert Nardelli, CEO of Cerberus Operations & Advisory Company, LLC; John Rice, vice chair of General Electric Company. Panel moderator will be Dr. Robert Lawrence Kuhn, Chairman of the Kuhn Foundation.

A second webcast will be Nov. 11. Panelists will discuss “Enabling Technology to Grow Your Business.” It is scheduled for 5 p.m. EST.

A panel of technology business leaders will discuss how CEOs can advance their businesses using the top trends in technology. This panel will provide guidance on sorting through the ever-changing options to establish a technology strategy to support your growth plan.

Panels include Patricia Hume, senior vice president of Global Indirect Channel at SAP; Jan Uhrich, vice president of Best Value Solutions at Dell; Mark Peterson, director of Global Business Development at Procter & Gamble; and Rick Alden, CEO of Skullcandy. Moderator will be Bryan Segedi, Americas vice chair of Advisory Services at Ernst & Young.
