Real estate trends meeting to be Nov. 4

Urban Land Institute—ULI— North Florida will host its annual Real Estate Trends 2011 meeting and dinner on Thursday, November 4, 2010, at the Crown Plaza in downtown Jacksonville. Registration will begin at 5 p.m. and the event will take place from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.

The meeting will address national trends as well as local trends in real estate. Guest speakers Ed Burr, GreenPointe Holdings, Bruce Johnson, Regency Centers, Bob Rhodes, Foley & Lardner, and Val Noel, Pacer International, will focus on the First Coast and address our local economy and trends for 2011.

The meeting will also focus on the publication that forecasts the real estate industry and will have speaker Chuck DiRocco, national director of real estate research at PriceWaterhouseCoopers discuss about the future of Real Estate in 2011. The Real Estates Trend Meeting will provide information on the U.S. investment and development trends, capital markets, real estate finance, metropolitan areas, property sectors and other real estate issues.

All attendees will receive a copy of the Emerging Trends in Real Estate 2011 Report. Guests will have the opportunity to ask questions and network with fellow business employees and companies.
