2 JAX real estate professionals earn ICSC certifications

Two Jacksonville-area real estate professionals have earned certifications from the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).

Bradley C. Wester, LEED AP, director of business development at Greenhorne and O’Mara, Inc. in Jacksonville earned the Certified Development, Design and Construction Professional (CDP) designation. Christian S. Baker, LEED AP, vice president, Atlantic Coast Developers, earned the Certified Shopping Center Manager (CSM) designation.

 The CDP credential is designed to raise professional standards in the field of shopping center development, giving special recognition to those who demonstrate the highest level of competency in their specialty through professional experience and rigorous examination. 

Candidates qualify for the CDP designation by demonstrating at least five years of qualified work experience in development, design and/or construction of shopping centers as an owner representative, development manager, project manager, tenant coordinator, architect, engineer, general contractor, construction manager, facilities manager, retail store planner, or retail construction manager.

The CSM credential is designed to raise professional standards in the field of shopping center management, giving special recognition to those who demonstrate the highest level of competency in their specialty through professional experience and rigorous examination.
