Firm designs final phase of professional center

The environmental design firm of Ervin Lovett Miller has completed designs for the fifth and final building at Cormorant Park Professional Center, a multi-phased medical and professional office campus on San Jose Boulevard in Mandarin. The final phase includes a 9,000-square-foot office building to complement the existing four buildings on the campus, all of which have been designed to take advantage of the campus’ location and natural amenities.

“Each of the five professional buildings in Cormorant Park have been planned and designed on a different scale to create a campus that has a true sense of place while producing a positive pedestrian experience,” said Tim Miller, partner at Ervin Lovett Miller. The firm has been involved with the design of the previous phases at Cormorant Park, which included a 10,500-square-foot professional office building as part of Phase II.
