Registration open for next federal contracting forum

Registration is now open for the May 26, 2010, “Moving to the Next Level in Federal Contracting Forum,” sponsoredncma by the National Contract Management Association (NCMA) Jacksonville Chapter, the Small Business Development Center at UNF, PTAC, and the Jacksonville Regional Chamber of Commerce. The forum will take place at the Prime Osborn Convention Center in Jacksonville.

This forum provides an opportunity to learn the secrets of winning government contracts and successful federal contracting practices from the experts. Forum presenters include:

• Linda Oliver, director of small business programs, Department of Defense;

• Karen Hontz, SBA Director of Government Contracting, Washington DC;

• Tracey Pinson, director of Army Small Business Programs;

•  Renee Comfort,  NAVFAC Contracting;

• Kelley Holcombe, U.S. General Services Administration (GSA);

• Phyllis A. Grant, Lockheed Martin Supplier Diversity Manager;

• The “Real Deal” Panel Discussion with a Department of Defense award-winning protege and others from industry and government on how small and large businesses can work together to win government contracts.

The NCMA Federal Contracting Forum is taking place at the Prime Osborn Convention Center concurrently with the Jacksonville Regional Chamber of Commerce’s Business Expo 2010. To register for the NCMA Federal Contracting Forum.
