Local non-profit among finalists in ‘We Inspire’ contest

A local non-profit organization is among four finalists in the “We Inspire” contest launched in November by three Jacksonville communications experts. The local organization is Hubbard House (www.hubbardhouse.org), which provides shelter and outreach services for domestic violence victims and their families. It joins Center for Human Services of Sedalia, Mo., Make-a-Wish Foundation of America of Phoenix, Az., and SKIP of New York, N.Y.

The winner of the contest will be announced on Feb. 1.

Contest winner will receive approximately $75,000 in design, photography and web development services from Emily Rawitsch, owner and creative director at Studio Orange Design (www.studiorangedesign.com); Tiffany Manning, owner of Tiffany Manning Photography (www.tiffanymanning.com); and Fred Boyle is owner of Subtle Technology (www.subtletech.com), a Web development company.
