Two honored by NEFBA Remodelers Council

The Northeast Florida Builders Association (NEFBA) Remodelers Council honored two of its members—Jennifer Bean, ASID, of Sisler Johnston Interior Design (, and Tommy Davis of TurnageJennifer Bean Tommy Davis small Company( and Home Options Design ( with its Chairman’s Award.

Bean was honored for serving on the Remodelers Council special outreach committee, which raised more than $2,200 for Builders Care and Angelwood with a benefit garage sale.  Bean’s committee also raised additional funds to purchase automatic garage doors for Angelwood group homes and assisted the JEA with the distribution of energy-saving information during its annual Earth Day program at the Jacksonville Landing.

She was also honored for serving on the Remodelers Council board of directors.  She will co-chair the special outreach committee in 2010 with Cheryl Martin, a licensed interior designer who heads the residential interior design division at Sisler Johnston Interior Design.

Davis was honored because of his many years of service to the organization as well as his involvement in redesigning the Remodeler’s Web site, He continues to update the site and donate Website hosting through his personal company, Home Options Design.
