Nassau Toastmasters Club forms

Professionals who want to improve their presentation and public speaking skills are invited to attend and learntoastmasters more about charter membership for this newly forming Toastmasters Club. The benefits of joining a Toastmasters’ Club include improving your speaking effectiveness, listening skills, leadership acumen, self-confidence and network.

Charter membership is still open. The club will meet at 6 p.m. Monday, Nov. 30, at the Fernandina Beach Police Department’s Community Room, 1525 Lime St., to enroll additional members, select an official club name, decide on a permanent meeting day and time, and elect officers. The club needs at least eight additional members before it can officially organize.
