Daniel Literacy Library open house set for Aug. 25

Womenade, a nonprofit organization of women dedicated to helping children at daniel, iswomanadejax sponsoring a Literacy Library Open House, Aug. 25, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. on the daniel campus, 3725 Belfort Road.

Daniel (www.danielkids.org) is a nonprofit organization that provides professional assistance to children, adolescents and families in the Jacksonville area.

Visitors to the open house are invited to view the new reading nooks, meet the staff, and become literary library donors. The open house is free, but Womenade welcomes donations. A donation of $24 will purchase a full set of books for the library; $50 or more merits the donor’s name on a plaque in the reading nook.
