Health expo postponed until September

The First Coast Health Fair and Wellness Expo originally planned for June 20-21 has been postponed until September healthy19 and 20, according to organizer Martin Kabaki.

“We had overlooked that this is Fathers’ Day weekend,” Kabaki told the Jacksonville Advantage. “In September, however, we are hoping to get at least 50 health and wellness exhibitors. We will also have health and wellness classes, as well as a blood check, cancer checks, and blood donations.”

The goal of the planned expo is to bring awareness to the Jacksonville-area community on health issues, such as obesity, breast cancer, and stroke.
