Damon Olinto Jr.

 first quarter 2009 as a credit analyst at First Coast Community Bank in Synovus’ Management Training program. After completing the training, he worked as a special assets analyst and gateway management associate with Synovus at its Columbus, Ga. headquarters.

Olinto earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of North Florida, where he also earned his Bachelor of Arts in Finance with a real estate concentration. He was a four-year letter winner in baseball at UNF and in his spare time, he coaches Little League baseball.
