In an unscientific poll of readers of Jacksonville Small Business Advantage, 81% of respondents are planning to celebrate the holidays with employees and customers—but the majority in a manner not as grand as in the past.

The poll asked, “The holidays are fast approaching. Will you be celebrating with your employees and customers?”

• Yes, but scaled back, 52%

• Yes, same as in the past, 29%

• No, money is too tight, 10%

• No, we never do anything special, 10%.
