Dean Cannon, speaker-designate for the Florida House of Representatives, will address the challenge of turning around Florida’s economy at the fourth quarter Cornerstone luncheon of the Jacksonville Regional Chamber of Commerce. Cannon’s focus will be on how business, civic and government leaders can strengthen the business environment.
