Wellington Homes, a new Jacksonville homebuilder founded by Richard J. Dalton, has announced
it will build in the Tuscan-inspired St. Augustine community of MuraBella. The homebuilder has a limited number of 85-foot home sites in the community, many of which overlook scenic nature and water views. The homes will be priced from $199,990.
Dalton, who has executive experience with some of the areas largest homebuilders, recently established Wellington Homes (www.wellingtoncompanies.com).
